What does seat count mean?
The number of seats refers to the number of service windows that an enterprise can provide for customers. For example, Xiaoming's enterprise has 21 customer service staff, providing 724-hour online customer service through three shifts. At the same time, 7 customer service staff serve customers through Meiqia. Then Xiaoming only needs to purchase 7 Meiqia seats, while 21 customer service accounts can be created, and each customer service staff has their own account.
Do historical conversations support export? how much can be exported
The paid version supports the export of historical conversations. The data export is limited to the recent 6 months, and the export quantity is limited to 20,000 entries per time. The trial version does not support the export of historical conversations. If you need to export, please upgrade to the paid version.
Is the data secure in Meiqia?

How to pay, can you provide an invoice?
We support online payment via Alipay. If you need to use bank transfer for public accounts, please contact our business department. After payment, you can directly apply for invoice issuance on the workbench. We provide value-added tax electronic invoices and special invoices. The electronic invoice will be sent to the email you noted, and the value-added tax special invoice will be mailed to you free of charge according to the address you provide.
